Tradition, innovation and sustainability

Pigra Tinca is the place where tradition, innovation and sustainability come together in perfect harmony.
Sustainability means paying close attention to the selection of the best technologies, including in production areas, in order to save energy and ensure suitable working conditions.

Active false ceiling

Technology in the kitchen

We have chosen an innovative technology for extracting air from our kitchen, that of the suction ceiling.

The extractor ceiling is an “active false ceiling” which performs the function of extracting and reinstating air in the kitchen (like classic hoods), ours is a Delvem patent and is called “Pagula”.

The air flow rate calculated for systems that use the Pagula system is lower on average by 50% compared to hoods with consequent savings from the point of view of the machines to be used (extractors, AHU, exhaust pipes…) and with energy savings, having to heat-treat smaller quantities in make-up air. The Pagula system is in fact normally offered complete with an adequate air reintegration system to obtain excellent hygienic conditions and an environmental microclimate.

Maximum energy efficiency

Low environmental impact

The extraction air is just higher than the intake air and there are no transversal current phenomena even with open windows and doors.
The controlled steam does not wander around the kitchen creating annoyance and damage, and even uncontrolled production of fumes and vapors are captured and expelled outside without endangering the environment.

All this to guarantee maximum energy efficiency and low environmental impact of the equipment and our production.
